Disable Echo Cancellation
Disables echo cancellation on an active call.
Only do this when the input cannot produce echo in the first place — a headset, or a feed that has already been echo-cancelled upstream. On a device using open speakers, disabling this will send the remote party's own voice back to them.
Signature
disableEchoCancellation(callId: string): Promise<void>

Notes
- Web only. Android and iOS do not expose echo cancellation as a call action
- Currently marked experimental
- Requires an active call — call this once media is established
- Changing one audio processing constraint preserves the other two
